With a focus on the establishment of well-defined goals and objectives, women are offered an opportunity to break the cycle of homelessness and achieve self-sufficiency through intensive case management services and on-site services.

At HWCW, we are dedicated to removing potential barriers to permanent housing by offering referrals to local mental and physical healthcare providers. Our healthcare navigators are committed to assisting clients with securing health insurance coverage, applying for North Carolina benefits, and accessing prescription assistance options.

We are pleased to offer a complimentary workforce development certification course, “Career Skills to Succeed,” through Wake Tech Community College. This program empowers participants to enhance their education and earning potential, reducing the likelihood of returning to homelessness. Additionally, we provide classes in essential life skills, including financial literacy, resume writing, interview techniques, and career coaching. Financial assistance is also available for workforce development certificate courses.

Rapid rehousing is a housing intervention that emphasizes housing search, relocation services, and short-term rental assistance to move people as rapidly as possible into permanent housing. We are able to offer financial assistance with security deposits, utility deposits and rent through our rapid exit program.
